At Therapy, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. Here are some details about our shipping policy:
 

Processing Time:

Pre-made orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Allow 2-6 weeks added production time for Pre-orders. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Production timeline will be communicated via social media and emails so be on the look out. 
 

Shipping Locations:

We are currently working on shipping to all countries. If you have any questions about whether we can deliver to your location, please contact our customer service team. If any customs charges arise, they are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Therapy
 

Shipping Carriers:

We use Evri & Royal Mail for all our deliveries. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
 

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges will apply to all orders. Unfortunately, we do not offer free shipping at this time.
 

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

We are not liable for any lost or damaged items. Everything is carefully packed before shipping. Any damages or lost items after items are shipped will not be refunded.
